Dana White | CEO, COO & Co-Founder
An N.C. State graduate, Dana has over 20 years of operations and management experience after working with the world’s largest brands, such as UPS. In her role at vision21, Dana helps to connect the dots between the company’s customers, sales and our wholesalers so that the team can provide customers across every industry the best possible I.T. solutions at the best possible prices – while delivering products quickly. Dana is an integral part of the team, helping both Rick and the rest of the team as they work directly with customers.
When not focused on vision21, Dana loves cheering on N.C. State’s football and basketball teams, spending time with friends and enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons.
Rick White | President & Co-Founder
With over 30 years of I.T. experience, Rick and his wife started vision21 because they saw an opportunity to provide strategic solutions for various industries in an area that can sometimes feel overwhelming and seem costly. An N.C. State graduate, Rick uses his experience in North American channel sales working for technology’s biggest brands to provide his customers 360 degree solutions to meet business needs and drive overall success. Moreover, Rick has extensive knowledge in analytics and applies that expertise to help vision21 customers see what their current IT solution costs, efficiencies and areas for opportunity are.
In his free time, Rick enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and two sons.
Andrew Stefansky | Executive Director of Sales
Andrew brings 25+ years of I.T. supply chain and sales experience to vision 21 with experience at IBM, Lenovo and Sales/Sales Management in the business partner channel. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Commerce focused on Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
In his free time, this proud Canadian enjoys cooking, playing hockey, cheering on his 2 daughters and son in their multiple sports and spending time with his wife.
Adam Blum | Executive Director of Sales
Adam has over 15 years of technology sales experience. Adam has demonstrated his ability in being a Sales Leader and trusted advisor to customers with expertise in creating sales strategies. Adam obtained his MBA from the University of Dayton and his B.A. in Economics from Francis Marion University.
In his free time, Adam spends time with his daughter and wife. He enjoys all things A/V, cooking and playing golf.
Kevin Lenard | Senior Solutions Architect
Kevin has over 15 years of technology sales/services experience. Kevin’s role provides a consultative approach and flexibility in meeting my customers’ needs. He’s has unsurpassed customer service with his accounts, team player spirit, work-smart approach and can-do attitude. Ryan’s dedication, professionalism, and technical expertise make him successful.
Kevin spends his free time with his two children, and dabbles on the side in buying, refurbishing, and reselling single family residences.

Grant McCullough | Account Executive
Grant excels at researching and consulting with his clients to understand their business operations and goals. His innovative thinking and strategic planning are extremely valuable but his customers tell us his ethics are his greatest strengths.
In his free time, Grant and his wife enjoy supporting their two daughters at sporting events.
Derek Jatko | Senior Client Executive
Derek is a seasoned professional, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT sales, with a particular focus on the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector. His goal is to be a trusted advisor to all clients, make recommendations and provide the best customer experience.
When not working, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His daughters excel in ballet and dancing.
Ryan Edwards | Technical Services Manager
Ryan’s I.T. experience takes vision21 to another level. His skills include large Windows and Chrome deployments and he can deploy operating systems over PXE and creating virtual machines. His certifications include Microsoft, Comptia, VMWare, Cisco, Veeam and WatchDog to name a few.
In his free time, Ryan is a 6th degree Kenpo Karate black belt and owner(SIJO)/instructor of his own Dojo. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Mark Dunn | I.T. Support Specialist
Mark has a vast experience with channel partners and end customers like Wells Fargo, where he has lef technical teams and large PC and laptop deployments.
In his free time, Mark loves cooking and spending time with his wife and dog Charlie.
Grant White | Marketing and Communications
Grant recently graduated with a B.A. in Public Relations from Appalachian State University, where he studied public relations, campaign management, social media marketing and general communications. He recently stepped into a marketing position at vision21 and is excited to begin work.
Grant is an avid runner, loves music and photography.
