Dana White | CEO & Co-Founder
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Dana brings over 20 years of operations and management experience, having worked with some of the world’s largest brands, including UPS. In her role at vision21, Dana facilitates collaboration among the company’s customers, sales and wholesalers, ensuring that clients across various industries receive optimal I.T. solutions at competitive prices, all while ensuring timely product delivery. Dana is an integral part of the team, helping both Rick and the rest of the team as they work directly with customers.
Outside of her work at vision21, Dana enjoys cheering on N.C. State’s football and basketball teams, spending time with friends and traveling with her husband and two sons.

Rick White | President & Co-Founder
With over 30 years of I.T. experience, Rick co-founded Vision21 with his wife to deliver strategic solutions across various industries in a landscape that can often feel overwhelming and expensive. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Rick leverages his extensive background in North American channel sales with leading technology brands to provide clients with comprehensive solutions that address their business needs and drive overall success. Additionally, his expertise in analytics enables him to assist vision21 clients in understanding the costs, efficiencies, and opportunities within their current I.T. solutions.
In his free time, Rick enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, exploring the outdoors.
Andrew Stefansky | Executive Director of Sales
Andrew brings 25+ years of I.T. supply chain and sales experience to vision 21 with experience at IBM, Lenovo and Sales/Sales Management in the business partner channel. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Commerce focused on Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
In his free time, this proud Canadian enjoys cooking, playing hockey, cheering on his 2 daughters and son in their multiple sports and spending time with his wife.
Adam Blum | Executive Director of Sales
Adam has over 15 years of technology sales experience. Adam has demonstrated his ability in being a Sales Leader and trusted advisor to customers with expertise in creating sales strategies. Adam obtained his MBA from the University of Dayton and his B.A. in Economics from Francis Marion University.
In his free time, Adam spends time with his daughter and wife. He enjoys all things A/V, cooking and playing golf.
Kevin Lenard | Senior Solutions Architect
Kevin brings over 15 years of experience in technology sales and services. In his role, he adopts a consultative approach, demonstrating flexibility in meeting customer needs. Known for his exceptional customer service, teamwork, and proactive attitude, Kevin’s dedication, professionalism, and technical expertise contribute significantly to his success.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending quality moments with his two children and engages in buying, refurbishing, and reselling single-family residences as a side endeavor.

Grant McCullough | Account Executive
Grant excels at researching and consulting with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business operations and goals. His innovative thinking and strategic planning are highly valued, but his clients consistently highlight his strong ethical standards as his greatest asset.
In his free time, Grant and his wife enjoy supporting their two daughters at various sporting events.
Derek Jatko | Senior Client Executive
Derek is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in I.T. sales, specializing in the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector. He is committed to being a trusted advisor to his clients, providing tailored recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys quality time with his wife and two daughters, who are both dancers.
Ryan Edwards | Technical Services Manager
Ryan’s extensive I.T. experience elevates vision21 to new heights. He possesses advanced skills in large-scale Windows and Chrome deployments, as well as expertise in operating system deployment via PXE and virtual machine creation. His impressive array of certifications includes Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, Cisco, Veeam, and WatchDog, among others.
In his free time, Ryan is a 6th-degree Kenpo Karate black belt and the owner/instructor of his own dojo. He also cherishes spending quality time with his wife and children.

Grant White | Marketing and Communications
Grant recently graduated with a B.A. in Public Relations from Appalachian State University, where he studied public relations, campaign management, social media marketing and general communications. He recently stepped into a marketing position at vision21 and is excited to begin work.
Grant is an avid runner, loves movies and photography.
